Dear Mr. Tim Cook

Dear Mr. Tim Cook,

Good Day,

Please allow me to drop a few words here for your attention.  I know you are extremely busy as the Apple CEO, but I hope you can spare your precious time to read my concerns below.

I bought your iMac for telework about three months ago.  But soon after, something weird happened.  All of sudden, it started typing the same letter on the screen before my eyes.  Also on the other day when I set my iMac "sleep" before I went to bed, its monitor just opened up by itself in the middle of the night with a bunch of "z" in my login password window.

I was scared.  I mean,  I was so worried about the situation that someone was using my iMac remotely without consent.  I feared my account got hacked!  So, I immediately changed all my passwords and deleted all the pics my wife has not seen or will never see.  Subsequently, I tried to trace the path to see if someone virtually touched my system and played with it.

After all, I realized there was something wrong with its "magic keyboard".  Some shortcut keys did not work and a bunch of "z" just appeared in the Yahoo search window.  So I contacted your Apple Support in Japan and got the keyboard replaced free of charge since it was covered by one year warranty.  Fortunately, it appears it has been working fine so far.

That being said,  please do not get me wrong.  I love all your Apple products.  As a matter of fact, I admire your leadership and want you to continue producing innovative gadgets.  But I must tell you that I am a little disappointed this time.  I know your company values as the best of all, but you need to fix something like this manufacturing "snafu" before enjoying the success.  Just my two cents from Japan....  Thank you.

Sincerely yours,

P.S.  I just noticed a tiny seal on the back of the new keyboard I received.  It says "Made in China".
